Alan Gillies, Presenter Moray Firth Radio

I find this series of releases ideal for my particular programme and look forward to featuring this latest album in forthcoming weeks. Many thanks once again and keep up the good work. Presenter, “Take It Easy” – Moray Firth Radio (Oct 1988)

Alan Bunting, Robert Farnon Society

‘Romance with the Classics’ and ‘More Romance with the Classics’ are as the titles imply, arrangements of classical favourites ranging from Adagio by Albinoni to Romeo and Juliet by Tchaikovsky with lots of Bach, Chopin and Schumann in between. The strings, led by Raymond Cohen are augmented by Piano, Flute, Oboe, Horn and Tenor Sax playing impeccable solo parts.
